A 42-year-old Freeport man was charged with firearm and ammunition possession in the Freeport Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
Kyle Bosfield appeared before Magistrate Rengin Johnson in court three. The matter is in connection with an incident that occurred on January 18 in Freeport.
Bosfield pleaded not guilty to possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition, and was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until his trial on April 5.
