This week, Milo Butler officially wrapped up its Project Pink Mop campaign by donating proceeds from the promotion to the Sister Sister Breast Cancer Group. Through the initiative, the local wholesaler distributed cases of the pink mops to retailers throughout the country with the hopes of raising awareness and much–needed funds for the cause. Money raised through Project Pink Mop will assist Sister Sister members with the cost of medicine, examinations and the purchase port-a-cath devices for persons undergoing chemotherapy.

On hand to collect the donation on behalf of Sister Sister was group president Andrea Sweeting (left). She thanked Milo Butler for their commitment to the cause and assured them that the funds would go a long way in helping Bahamians diagnosed with breast cancer.
