BAHAMAS Sport Fishing Network (BSFN) expert Chang Chin put a guest on the Mahi Mahi this week near Andros as the windy, grey January weather finally turned.
“Some one finally turned off the wind fan this week and gave us a little window to shoot across the Tongue of the Ocean from Nassau to Andros to get in on the Mahi and Wahoo action,” he said. “Recently the best lures to catch Wahoo have been Islanders. Mahi have been caught with a naked Ballyhoo or used in combination with a colourful skirt.
