Two men wanted for questioning in connection with murder were arrested by police in Grand Bahama, police reported on Thursday.
The men were arrested by officers of Operation Turf Sweep shortly after 7pm on Wednesday in the Weddell Avenue area.
Last Saturday, a 21-year-old man was shot and killed in the Frobisher Circle area, which a block away from where the men were arrested.
In other crime news, officers of Operation Turf Sweep arrested a 34-year-old male resident of Bass Lane shortly after 8am on Wednesday after a quantity of suspected marijuana was allegedly discovered in his possession.
Police are investigating the matters.
