When Urban Renewal was in full swing I asked a courier what he thought about it.
He said a buddy of his was a contractor, and made $80,000 with the programme to replace the roof on an old lady’s house.
I asked him how big and what kind of roof. He said that he didn’t know/ it didn’t matter, because no roof was replaced at all, and his buddy “made” $80k anyway.

Do you know if this story is true? have you tried to find out? or you write it because it makes you feel good. Mouth can say anything and it does. What is the Contractors name? This is a serious matter if it is true.
