BAHAMAS Archery is all set to host a friendly archery tournament to bring together archers and archery fans for a day of competition at the St Paul's Field, Western New Providence, starting at 10am Sunday.
This is the first island-wide inter-club archery tournament hosted in the Bahamas where over 30 archers of all ages will compete in two different styles of archery for cash and gift prizes.
"We would love to have you join us to cover this fun, family-friendly first and see for yourselves the growth of archery in The Bahamas," the club said in a press release.

HALF MARATHON
THE Bahamas Roadmasters is scheduled to hold its Bahamas Half Marathon, starting from Arawak Cay at 6am Sunday.
In addition to the half marathon, there will also be a walk segment, a relay competition for teams and a family friendly fun 5k.

This year's event will support the following charities: Lupus 242, The Crisis Center and the Bahamas Heart Association.

ON Saturday, Ride for Hope will be at Solomon's Fresh Market, Old Fort Bay, from 11am to 3pm for early bird registration.
