Two real estate veterans have teamed up to offer international clients a special experience when acquiring Bahamian real estate.

Silvina Andrews and Ana Elisa Wassitsch came up with Elite Properties Bahamas while developing ideas on how to better service the South American and European markets.

With more than 25 years' combined experience in real estate and international private banking, the duo recognised that a partnership was the best way to provide consistent five-star service, forming Elite Properties under the umbrella of Bahamas Realty.

"Selling real estate is more about selling and curating a lifestyle," said Ms Andrews. "The Bahamian dream is not just about building size and amenities. The million-dollar plus market is extremely specialised and requires a thorough personal touch."

The pair have lived in the Bahamas for more than 25 years, raised children and established lifelong friendships. Being fluent in Spanish and Portuguese is a further asset.
