THE Bahamas Flag Football League hosted its 8th annual BFFL Invitational at the Winton Rugby Pitch over the weekend with some unsuspecting winners taking home the championship trophies.
After two gruelling days of competition, the Island Game Lady Spartans would win the ladies' division with a score of 7-0 over the Paradise Games Wildcats Reloaded. Laval Sands would win the championship's Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.
In the men's division, it would be a battle between the Freeport teams. In the end, the Buckeye Oilers would defeat the Chances Mighty Alliance 7-0 to be crowned champions. Sharadd Taylor was awarded the men's MVP title.
