THE New Providence Basketball Association’s double header on Monday night at the AF Adderley Gymnasium saw the Aliv Bucket and the PJ Stingers emerge victorious.
In the opener, Aliv knocked off the Sun Oil Rockets 85-79 and PJ stung the Discount Distributors Rockets 94-78.

Dylan Musgrove, playing 36 minutes and 58 seconds, scored a game high 34 points on shooting 13-for-23 from the field and 8-for-18 from the free throw line to lead Aliv to victory.
Musgrove also had 16 rebounds, 10 block shots, five steals and two assists.
Three other players also scored in double figures with James Rolle adding 12 points, six assists, four rebounds and two steals.
Detarrio Thompson came off the bench with 12 points and three rebounds and Anwar Neilly had 10 points, three assists and two rebounds.
In a losing effort, Bertrum Minns came off the bench and scored 19 points and 11 rebounds, Crispin Gibson had 14 points and seven rebounds and Cameron Chery added 120 points, six rebounds and three assists.

Rockets 78
Abel Joseph led three other players in double figures with 22 points and eight rebounds for PJ’s. He played 30 minutes and was 6-for-10 from the field, 3-for-5 from the three-point line and 7-for-10 from the foul line.
Torrington Cox had 19 points and 12 rebounds, Scottie Farrington had 15 points, 10 rebounds and three assists and Salathiel Dean came off the bench with 10 points, seven rebounds and five block shots.
For the loss, Livingstone Munnings poured in a game high 27 points with 18 rebounds, five steals, four blocks and two assists and Georgio Walkes had 16 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals.
