WHY couldn’t Prime Minister Minnis take the positive initiative in the House this morning and apologise for the issue with the Speaker, Moultrie and his MP Ms Emmanuel?
Dr Minnis would have shown he is above the fray of the gutter, but he chose not to which should be taken as he fully, totally and ultimately agrees with every word Speaker Moultrie and Ms Emmanuel said in the House last week.
Shame, Dr Hon Hubert Minnis.
You constantly pontificate about giving good examples to our young people so you can’t see how positive it would have been if you took full responsibility of the unacceptable behaviour of two of your MPs, especially that of Mr Speaker.
Doc, you would have shown us all that you are a statesman like the late Sir Kendal Isaacs, but, sir, you failed the test.
I see every weekend now you are in this church or that church - you will not obtain exoneration by this and the Churches need to keep all politicians out of their pulpits - We the People can’t speak to the House of Assembly so leave the House of God alone.
I had alike many hopes - not a Statesman - not a Leader and frightened to face the press. Where is our real Leader? All the FNM MP’s are sheep and lost their way and mouths! Spineless!
