POLICE have identified one of three men who were killed this weekend in separate incidents.
The man was shot shortly before 3am Saturday, after he had just arrived at a home on Sumner Street, Nassau Village. Police said he was approached by a man armed with a firearm who shot him about the body before speeding away in a silver coloured Honda.
The victim, identified by police yesterday as Mychal Lord, 28, of Adelaide Road, was subsequently taken to hospital and was listed in critical condition. However, Chief Superintendent Solomon Cash, officer-in-charge of the Central Detective Unit (CDU), said he died later Saturday morning.

• Police in Abaco uncovered a large marijuana field yesterday and arrested three men.
The street value of the plants is $1.5m, police said.
Shortly after 1pm, officers acting on information went to an area off S C Bootle Highway in Marsh Harbour where they found a marijuana field with approximately 3,103 plants. The plants ranged in height from three inches to four feet.
The police investigation continues.
