LEAGUE
COMPETITION in the Kalik Summer Bowling League started last night with a record nine teams competing for a 1st place prize of $1,200, 2nd place of $600 and 3rd place $400.Teams are composed of at least six players who sponsor themselves with some rather unusual names.
The top players of the evening were Raymond Adderley of Rumrunners with a 602 three game set followed by Byron McClain of Pocket Crushers with a 590 and Lee Davis of The Advocates with a 587 three game series.
The top four in the standings, after the first week of six, are:
