SCOTIABANK is partnering with the Rotary Club of East Nassau and Scout Association of The Bahamas on their 32nd annual charity golf tournament set for next month.

The bank is a gold sponsor of the annual event with 100 per cent of the net proceeds raised donated to The Scout Association of The Bahamas and other Rotary sponsored community service organisations.

Scotiabank representatives, including veteran golfer and long serving employee Leroy Dames, will participate in this noble tournament on Friday, May 11 at the Ocean Club Golf Course with a 12:30pm shotgun start. It is a two person scramble, net tournament, minimum of seven drives must be used per player, 35 per cent of the handicaps will be used.There's a maximum handicap of 24. The event has been one of the club's primary fundraising activities for the past 30-plus years, collectively raising over $3 million for numerous charities throughout The Bahamas.
