Tourism hits radio airwaves in Florida

The Bahamas Tourist Office in Florida has teamed with its media partners to stage three special shows promoting this nation as “open for business” following Hurricane Dorian.

The shows will be held through the Hubbard Radio Alpha Media Network in West Palm Beach, and are designed to further heighten The Bahamas’ tourism brand, engage loyal listeners and increase visitor interest and bookings, while promoting the latest developments, trends and tourism activities occurring in this nation.

The 30-minute radio show, which airs on Saturday at 11am on WFTL 850 AM in West Palm Beach, is heard throughout the Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties in the south and as far away as Tampa to the north.

The show is created, produced and hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and Aviation’s communications and sales veterans, Earnestine Moxyz and Tina Lee.
