A Bahamian has been named among this year’s ten-strong agent advisory board for an auctioneer specialising in luxury real estate.
John Christie, HG Christie’s president and managing broker of HG Christie Ltd, has been included in a group that will provide advice to Concierge Auctions on the state of the global real estate market. Their first meeting took place earlier this year at the Montage Los Cabos in Cabos San Lucas, Mexico.
“Together, these ten individuals garnered over $3bn in luxury real estate sales in 2018, with several of these agents and brokers setting records in their states,” said Concierge Auctions founder and president, Laura Brady.
“Of note, Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers sold the most expensive property in Utah, and Matt Beall’s Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers broke a record for the highest priced sale ever in Hawaii. Tapping the collective knowledge of such an esteemed group of individuals is a true honour. In our business, information and relationships are everything, and each of these agents and brokers represent the best of the best in not only their marketplaces, but also around the world.
All those selected work with high-end clients and have “a proven track record of success” with Concierge Auctions. “Partnering with Concierge Auctions brings a non-traditional way to unlock liquidity from trophy real estate assets with transparency, efficiency and world-class results,” said advisory board member Billy Nash, founder of Nash Luxury at The Keyes Company.
