A 56-year-old man who denied indecently assaulting a woman was yesterday granted bail ahead of his trial.
Hiram Kelly appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes after he was accused of indecently assaulting a woman on November 26.
The prosecution argued that the accused also assaulted a man the same day.
During the arraignment, Kelly denied both allegations and the matter was adjourned to March 3, 2021 for trial.
In the interim, the accused was granted $2,500 bail. Magistrate Forbes also banned Kelly from having direct or indirect contact with either of the complainants while the matter is before the court.
