A 20-year-old man who denied assaulting a woman with a rock last month was granted $1,500 bail ahead of his trial.
Clyde Dames appeared before Magistrate Samuel McKinney after he was accused of throwing a rock at his girlfriend’s sister on November 20.
He pleaded not guilty to one count of assault with a dangerous instrument and the case was adjourned to January 19 for trial.
Dames was granted $1,500 bail until that time.
