A MAN was remanded to prison yesterday over allegations he assaulted two sisters.
Livingston Rolle allegedly assaulted a woman with a black shotgun and threatened to kill her on November 16. He is also accused of assaulting the woman’s sister on the same day.
During his hearing before Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans yesterday, Mr Rolle denied the allegations.
The case was subsequently adjourned to February 25 for trial.
Due to the nature of the charges, Rolle was denied bail. The accused, who is represented by attorney Ian Cargill, has a right to apply to the Supreme Court for bail.
