A 22-year-old man accused of indecently assaulting two young girls has been banned from going within 300 feet of them until his trial.
Prosecutors alleged David Lightbourne indecently assaulted a 13-year-old girl on November 26.
They further alleged he committed the act on a ten-year-old girl that same day.
When he appeared before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt Evans, he pleaded not guilty to both counts and the matter was adjourned to February 4, 2022 for trial.
Lightbourne was granted $7,000 bail. He was also ordered not to interfere with any of the witnesses involved in his case.
Magistrate Vogt Evans said the accused must also stay 300ft away from the alleged victims or his bail will be revoked and he will be remanded in custody.
