THREE people are in hospital after two shootings on Wednesday.
Police said that shortly after 9pm, a man was shot at the intersection of Mackey and Shirley Streets.
Police were told that the victim was seated in his vehicle at the intersection when he was approached by a gunman. The gunman shot the victim in his right thigh before fleeing.
The victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. His condition is listed as stable.
Police said shortly before 10pm, two men were shot while on Ethel Street in Montel Heights.
The victims were taken to hospital in a private vehicle. They are both in critical condition.
Investigations continue.
