A TEENAGER was charged in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday with attempted murder.
Jonathan Duvalier, 19, appeared before Senior Magistrate Derence Rolle Davis after he was accused of trying to kill a woman and a man on December 12 last year.
Due to the nature of the charges, Duvalier was not required to enter a plea and his case was adjourned to April 14 for service of a voluntary bill of indictment.
He was denied bail and remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until that time.
