KANSAS State’s Kyle Alcine picked up a fourth place finish in the men’s high jump at the 2021 Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships that was held over the weekend at the Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
Alcine, a 6-foot, 2-inch junior out of Cloud Community College, cleared 2.15 metres to trail the trio ahead of him, including his team-mate Tajaswin Shankar, who won with 2.21m.
Vernon Turner and Chris Banks, a pair of junior competitors from Oklahoma, posted the same height of 2.18m for second and third respectively.
