Certain business celebrities if they need a description, love the use of extreme superlatives to describe something they are just getting into, or even at concept stage, a thought, but it is already a world beater, will shoot the Bahamas ahead of the world, and, of course, it is already internationally famous hardly conceived.

Sometime ago there was a finance house on Wall Street, in their very sexy TV advertisement, used an elderly gentleman to promote their business… the jest of the pitch was… ”we earned our reputation”…to all PR seekers around, please achieve the concept, not presume it is a world beater.

Let us comment on the Real Estate market, what is the reality? Has there been a boom in sales, over the past six months or just PR make believe? Check the best agencies, all have 30-40 high-in listings… check Supplementary Budget, do not see too much optimism for new revenue under Real Estate. Editor, what is the truth?

How many caught finally that Junkanoo parades, need not happen to have a full house at our hotels? It happened this year even with COVID!
