A 23-year-old man who denied indecently assaulting a ten-year-old girl was yesterday granted bail before his trial.
Cardnel Rolle stood before Magistrate Samuel McKinney yesterday, charged with indecent assault.
Police alleged that Rolle committed the act on January 10, however, he denied the offence yesterday in court.
After recording the accused’s not guilty plea, Magistrate McKinney adjourned the case to March 1 for trial.
Rolle was also granted $5,000 bail with one surety.
