TWO men accused of stealing another man’s boat and car part last month were charged in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
James Bartlett, 28, and Julio Deveaux, 23, were arrested after police said they stole Sabastian Bastian’s boat and white Honda compressor on December 29.
According to court documents, the total cost of the stolen items was $18,500.
During their appearance before Magistrate Samuel McKinney yesterday, the two denied the allegations and the matter was adjourned to March 1 for trial.
They were granted bail at $5,000 with one surety.
