A MAN charged with stealing $1,900 worth of property from another man’s home was granted bail in a Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Marvin Rolle, 28, appeared before Magistrate Shaka Serville on charges of unlawful entry and stealing from a dwelling house.
Between June 27 and June 30, Rolle is accused of illegally entering into Stephon Rahming’s home at Rupert Dean Lane. He is then accused of stealing Rahming’s $1100 70’ Samsung TV, $400 Samsung surround sound box, and $400 Steel Invicta watch.
After electing to have his matter remain in Magistrate Court, Rolle pleaded not guilty to both charges.
With there being no objections from the prosecution the accused was granted $5,000 bail with one or two sureties.
His trial will begin on October 18.
