A WOMAN was granted bail in Magistrate’s Court yesterday for intentionally breaking another woman’s car.
Samara Smith, 38, appeared before Magistrate Shaka Serville on a charge of damage.
At around 5pm on June 25 at Prince Court the accused reportedly intentionally caused damage to the rear windshield of Tia Minus’s black 2013 Honda Accord.
When asked where she wanted to have her matter heard, Smith elected to continue the case in the Magistrate’s Court and pleaded not guilty to the offence.
As there was no objection to bail, the accused was granted $1,000 bail with one or two sureties.
Smith’s trial is set to begin on September 13
