A MAN was granted bail in a Magistrate’s Court after allegedly being found with dangerous drugs.
Aracheo Poitier appeared before Senior Magistrate Samuel McKinney yesterday charged with possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply.
On April 28, Poitier was arrested after he was found in possession of 3 and 7/8 ounces of Indian Hemp.
In court, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge and as there was no objection to bail it was granted to him in the amount of $1,000.
Poitier’s next court appearance will be on June 7.
