A MAN reportedly drowned while swimming in Eleuthera on Monday, police said.
The 60-year-old man was swimming in waters at Rock Sound when onlookers lost sight of him around 4.30pm.
Moments later, the victim was seen floating.
He was retrieved from the water by police and later pronounced dead by the local doctor.
At present, foul play is not suspected, but the investigation continues.
