TWO men were sent to prison after being accused of two separate attempted sexual assaults of two women in New Providence earlier this month.
Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley charged Osteen George, 41, and Nicholas Knowles, 50, with attempted rape.
Knowles is accused of trying to force a woman to have sex with him on August 1.
George is accused of attempting to sexually assault a 42-year-old woman on August 2.
The defendants were both remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services. Their cases will be transferred to the Supreme Court through a voluntary bill of indictment set for service on October 26.
