A MAN was sentenced to four months in prison after admitting to having over $1,500 worth of drugs in his home earlier this week.

Magistrate Raquel Whyms charged Damien Bullard, 45, with two counts of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply.

Police acting on a search warrant entered Bullard’s residence on St Bart’s Road around 12.40pm on August 28. Authorities found a black Solomon’s bag containing 53 baggies of marijuana and a quantity of cocaine. The marijuana weighed 1.5lbs and had an estimated street value of $1,500. The coke seized weighed 19 grams and was valued at $190.
