A MAN was jailed after allegedly killing someone on bail for murder last month –– the same man he allegedly attempted to kill earlier this year.
Charles Butler, 24, faced Assistant Chief Magistrate Subusola Swain on a charge of murder.
Rolle allegedly shot and killed 29-year-old Theo Williams on May 10 in New Providence, being concerned with others.
At the time of his death, Williams was on bail for his alleged involvement in the death of Kendrick Clarke in Culmersville on June 23, 2018.
Butler was previously arraigned for a botched murder attempt on Williams during a drive-by shooting on Hospital Lane on March 24.
The defendant’s VBI is slated for service on September 6.
