A MAN denied five counts of violating bail conditions yesterday while on release for a charge of attempted murder - and has been granted bail again.
Kesner Lexidor, 34, faced Magistrate Samuel McKinney at Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
It is alleged that between February 4 and 11, while on Supreme Court bail for charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, Lexidor failed to charge his monitoring device on five occasions.
In court, the accused pleaded not guilty to all charges. Bail was granted to him at $3,500 with one or two sureties. Lexidor’s trial will begin on April 27.
