A MAN was granted $5,000 bail after he allegedly assaulted someone with a shotgun on New Year’s Day.
Magistrate Shaka Serville charged Gary Stubbs, 53, with assault with a deadly weapon.
Bjorn Ferguson represented the defendant.
Stubbs is accused of assaulting Randelle Gordon with a shotgun on December 1 in New Providence.
After pleading not guilty to the charge, Stubbs must sign in at Elizabeth Estates Police Station every 14th and 28th of the month under the terms of his bail.
His trial begins on April 10.
