A MAN was remanded to prison yesterday after he was accused of breaching his bail for a house-breaking offence.

Magistrate Samuel McKinney charged Tori Saunders, 25, with violation of bail conditions.

Saunders, who was on Supreme Court bail, allegedly failed to charge his monitoring device in Harbour Island between June 2 and July 23.

After pleading not guilty to the charge, the defendant was informed that he would be remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until he is returned to court on July 30.

Quinton Percentie represented the accused.
