A MAN was denied bail yesterday while awaiting trial for two charges of attempted murder.
Justice Gregory Hilton considered the application of Alfred Lloyd, who appeared from prison and was represented by Ian Cargill.
Lloyd allegedly tried to shoot and kill Leron Knowles and Jason Cleare on Stanton Street in Blue Hill Heights on December 31, 2023.
After reviewing Lloyd’s bail submissions, Justice Hilton rejected his application, but informed him of his right to reapply.
Lloyd will remain on remand at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until the higher court makes a decision on his bail.
