A 32-year-old man was taken into custody after allegedly attempting to rape a woman in December.
Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans charged Tamal Curry with attempted rape yesterday.
Curry allegedly attempted to have forced sexual intercourse with a woman in New Providence on December 20, 2023.
The defendant was told that his case would be moved to the Supreme Court by a voluntary bill of indictment (VBI).
Curry’s VBI is set for service on June 27.
Mark Penn represented the accused.
