A MAN was remanded to prison after being charged with killing another man over the summer.
Andre Smith, 21, appeared before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville, accused of murdering Renaldo Roberts on July 2 in New Providence.
Smith was informed that the case would proceed to the Supreme Court through a voluntary bill of indictment (VBI).
He will remain in custody at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until the potential service of the VBI on February 19, 2025.
Devard Francis represented Smith, while Inspector Deon Barr served as the prosecutor.
