A MAN was granted bail after he was accused of seriously injuring someone in Eleuthera with a cutlass earlier this month.
Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville arraigned Job Joseph, 21, on a charge of grievous harm.
Joseph allegedly attacked and seriously injured Attendieu Alvenat with a cutlass in Palmetto Point, Eleuthera, following a verbal altercation on September 2.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge. Magistrate Serville set the defendant’s bail at $5,000 with one or two sureties.
Joseph’s trial will begin in Eleuthera on October 28.
