DO Police have the right to take photographs of vehicles going through a Road Block inspection?
Incident...last Saturday location Airport roundabout right by Police Station Officers in road checking for unlicenced vehicles did not speak to anyone.
After completing the inspection waved through by Officer - off to the side to the left a short Reserve Officer in khaki was flashing his cellphone camera taking photographs of every vehicle passing... surely this is not legal?
Surely this is intrusion...RBPF please advise.
