Robin Delancy pleaded guilty to all charges and claimed sole responsibility. The charges against the other defendants were subsequently withdrawn.
He was sentenced to two years at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services for the firearm and ammunition offences, and six months for the drug charge. The sentences are to run concurrently.
The court informed him of his right to appeal.
