A 19-year-old woman allegedly attempted suicide on Sunday by ingesting medication and alcohol.
Police reported that the incident occurred at a residence on Quail Roost Ridge.
According to initial reports, shortly after 11pm, the woman was found inside the home in a disoriented state.
She reportedly consumed a large quantity of over-the-counter medication along with alcohol and was transported to the hospital by ambulance for medical attention and further evaluation. Her condition is currently unknown.
This marks the fourth reported suicide attempt of the year, according to The Tribune’s records.
