Treasure Cay’s purchaser has named Steve Griggs as development manager of its Caribbean division, which will oversee daily operations and its regional growth and expansion plans.

Mr Griggs will oversees all stages of development for GreenPointe’s expansion in the Caribbean, ranging from planning phases through to completion of residential and commercial ventures. He has more than 20 years’ experience in acquisitions, entitlements, community design, land development and construction at GreenPointe.

Mr Griggs’ professional background spans small and large scale projects, including single family, high rises, apartments, commercial, hotels and marinas with a collective project value exceeding $350m. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis and holds numerous professional certifications in the business, real estate and development industries.
