Police probe suspected arson after fire destroys Abaco trailer

POLICE in Abaco have launched an investigation into a suspected arson incident after a trailer was destroyed by fire in the Seven Hills Subdivision, North Abaco, on Sunday.

According to police, officers were alerted to the blaze around 11.25am after an anonymous caller contacted the Marsh Harbour Police Station to report that a trailer was on fire near a group of apartments and that the flames were spreading toward nearby bushes.

Responding officers arrived at the scene and found a 30-foot trailer fully engulfed in flames. Volunteer firefighters were called in to assist, but despite their efforts, the trailer was completely destroyed.
