A MAN was placed on probation for three months after admitting to trespassing on his neighbour’s property and exposing himself last week on Golden Isles Road.
Yvenot Pierre, 45, trespassed on a woman’s property and exposed himself to her and another man on August 6.
Pierre pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent exposure and one count of trespassing before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
He accepted the facts of the case and expressed remorse for his actions.
Pierre was granted a conditional discharge and placed on probation for three months. A breach of the order would result in a $450 fine or one month in prison.
Reserve Inspector Deveaux prosecuted the case.
