Funeral Service for Edris McCoy Baptiste, 83, of Pinder’s Point, Grand Bahama and formerly of Cat Island will be held on Saturday April 21st, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Church of God Hawksbill. Officiating will be Pastor Anthony Thomas. Interment will follow in the Pinder’s Point Cemetery.
Left to cherish her memories are her son: Tony Baptiste; grandson: Sanchez Baptiste; sister: Miriam Forbes; nieces: Ethel Rolle, Loretta “Tuncy” Knowles, Louise and Dianna McCoy, Lollie Johnson and Judy Knowles nephews: Samuel Knowles, Allen, Ben, Bobby and Robert McCoy grandnieces and nephews: Betty, Judy, Garnell, Sonia, Kate, Annie, Gandie, Kevin, Marco, Dencil, Deon, Johnny, Kile and Harcourt; great grandnieces: Tyrell, Rickquille, Petra, Shirlyn, Lavano, Carliesa and Chavez and a host of other relatives and friends including Carolyn McDonald, Preston, Godfrey, Franklin and Christopher McCoy and families, Eugen Duncanson, Rubbie Nottage, John White, Jonathan Deveaux, Michael Pinder, Rejoina Curtis, Max, Anthonique Pinder, Mother Mable Russell, Debby Pinder, Sis, Barbara, Vashti, Vashanique and Brent Kemp, Sis. Christine Knowles and families, Sis, Maxine Morely, Pastor and Members of Faith Temple Church of God, the Pinder’s Pint Community and the entire Industrious Hill and Cat Island community.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Yager Funeral Home & Crematorium, Queens Highway on Friday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until service time.
