Jacquelyn Shirla Culmer, 49, of Millinium Gardens and formerly of Cat Island died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Tuesday April 17, 2012.
She is survived by her adopted mother: Martha Sands; daughters: Lithera, and Floydena; son: Jermaine; sisters: Velma and Grace; brothers: Richard and Kenton; fiancé: Greg; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
