Funeral service for Joycelyn Saunders, 77 yrs., a resident of Crooked Island Street & formerly of Knowles, Cat Island, will be held at Church of God Temple, Coconut grove Avenue & Crooked Island Street, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Bishop Lindo Wallace, assisted by Rev. Ronald Campbell, Rev. Eric Josey & Bishop Dencil Rolle. Interment follows in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Left to mourn are her ever loving and devoted Husband Rev. Joseph Saunders. Sons: Brian, Cedric II and Anthony Saunders. Daughters: Deborah Coleby, Edna Mitchell (Miramar, Florida), Winnifred and Monica Saunders and Karen King (Florida). Daughters-in-law: Carolyn, Fay and Wendy Saunders. Sons-in-law: Charles Coleby and Jerry King. Grandchildren: Tamika and Mervin Smith, Livinston Saunders, Omar Mitchell, Cedric III, Michael and Faith Saunders, Johnathan and David Saunders, Kendrick Montpettit, Wendy Horton, Jason and Jeremy King, Charmaine Rahming and Michael Higgs. Great Grandchildren: Tanisha and Alexis Smith, Javaughn Bain and Aaron Montpettit. One brother: David Cooper. Adopted daughter: Ellen Jones, Nieces: Cynthia Johnson, Barbara Forbes, Joycelyn and Beverley Cooper, Susan Colebrooke and Patrice McKinney.
