Funeral service for Alexander "Bosine" Smith, 61 yrs., a resident of Poinciana Avenue, will be held at Five Porches of Deliverance Centre, Market Street & Poinciana Avenue on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Apostle Rodney J. Roberts. Interment follows in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Lillybelle Smith; 6 sisters: Gwendolyn Rolle, Helen Brown, Margarette Stubbs, Leotha Lewis and Fredricka Nottage; 5 brothers: Alfred, Tony, Peter, Dwayne and Shean Munnings; 24 nephews: Bobby, Kirk, Cedric, Christopher, Tashone, Devon, Duval, Tachaz, Steven, Diamond, Ervin, Gregory, Zion, T.J., Eugene, Randon, Latario, Jensen, Renaldo, Bianco, Albert, Mario and Shean; 24 nieces: Bertha McClain, Lavaughan, Sheran, Cleo Case, Melissa, Kayline, Gayline, Neshae, Neshon, Patricia, Joann, Charlique, Vanessa, Shenika, Megan, Kayshondrea, Kerani, Gwen, Leanna, Salana, Tonesa, Shacaya, Aneisha and Aquilla; 19 grand nephews, 18 grand nieces; sisters-in-law: Kady, Shirley and Priscilla Dawkins; brothers-in-law: Sidney Stubbs, Edison Dawkins, Adrian Lewis; nephews-in-law: McClain Maynard, Paul Case, Ricardo Thurston; niece-in-law: Celesia Poitier; a host of other relatives & friends including: Sabelitha Poitier, Mr. Bradley Roberts, Llewellyn Astwood, the entire constituency of Farm Road & Centreville in particular Milton Street, Deveaux Street and Brougham Street; also the family of Poinciana Avenue including: Jarad and Davon.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
