Funeral Service for the late Vernell Vangie Oliver age 60 years of Pinewood Gardens and formerly of Lowe Sound Andros will be held on Saturday December 29 2012 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Farrington Road at 11:00a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Wilton Strachan, assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Garden, Soldier Road.
Awaiting that Glad reunion Day are her Two (2) children: Shannon Oliver & Carla Campbell, Grandchildren; Kamul Wright, Gitano Black, Milane, Shane & Kianna Oliver and Kyle Butler. One daughter-in-law, Carla Oliver, 1 Brother Earnest Oliver, I Brother – In Law : Stanford Johnson, 2 sisters- in- law Dorrimae and Geneva Oliver . Numerous nieces and Nephews including: Drexel & Jasco Rolle, Orea, Oscar, Daphne, Shelease, Bessie, Shanell, Tammy, Nicholas, Dorinda, Melrecka, Sean, Dominique, Sasha, Algemae, Priscilla, Deidre, Tiffany, O’Neal, Marianna, Dyecta, Luwance, Hexon, Kia, Indira, Teyago and Gelisa;Numerous cousins including Jancy McQueen Rolle,Analee, Lulus, Elmas,Terrance, Davanda, Kenneth, Naomi, Shirley, Shervin,Otis,Glenys,Pearlitta & Laura McQueen, Evelyn Fowler, Ruth, Oswald, Annie, Valderine,Edmund, and Rufus Dean, Sybilene Brown and family, Morraine and Marlene Johnson & family, Margaret Barr & Family, Brandhilda, Winnie, Edith and Carl Oliver.
Numerous grand nieces & nephews. A host of other friends and relatives including : Marcella Pittman, Adell Rolle, Ella Bullard, Michael, Sharon Gibson, Delores Saunders, Helen Rolle, Cephas Bowe, William Weeks, Pembroke Cartwright & family, Rev. Wilton Strachan and the Mt Moriah Baptist family, Rev. Antonio Beckford and the New Light Ministries family, Pastor Rick Dean and the Family of Faith Ministries International family, Sherrel Johnson & family , Koji Wright & family, the entire McQueen, Oliver families, Community of Lowe Sound, Andros and many other friends and family too numerous to mention.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respect at Evergreen Mortuary, Collins Ave & 5th Terrace on Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and again at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
